We ship all products completely free of cost throughout India. What you see is what you pay--no deceptive pricing.

We generally do not accept any returns or refunds unless the fault is on our side. All products are examined and packed safely, and only then do we initiate the shipping process. In case of damage during transit, we will try our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund if courier denies liability. Additionally, in the event of a damaged product, you must contact us regarding it within 48 hours of the delivery being completed, and you must also provide us with an unboxing video to ensure no tampering has taken place. Failure to provide even one of these will lead to us not entertaining your claim.

For standard orders, the shipping time is 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. For pre-orders, shipping time can range from 3-6 weeks, depending on the product's release date. No matter how long the shipping times may be, we will regularly keep you updated on the status of your shipment at every step.

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, since our customer base is largely in India, please reach out to us through Instagram @geekvault.in to place an order if you’re based outside India.
